Gematria Repository

Gematria Calculator - Hebrew Alphabet

OVERVIEW OF THE PROGRAM'S FEATURES:
This program offers a wide range of tools to explore and understand Hebrew Gematria:
  • Calculation of words and phrases by creating your own database in TSV format, then manipulating the data as you wish directly from the program by creating relationships between words, editing words and relationships, or deleting data.
  • Search within your database for words and phrases with specific values, relationships, or similarities.
  • Comparison between tables and values to facilitate the discovery of new connections and terms to add to the main database.
  • Automatic translation of words and phrases into different languages using Deepl APIs for all languages except Latin, for which Google Translate is used.
  • Access information about words and their meanings through Wikipedia and linguistic databases like Wordnet, directly from the program.
  • Generate sentences with artificial intelligence (via OpenAI APIs) creating new tables to facilitate the discovery of new connections and terms to add to the main database.
  • Search for relationships between words using AI (via OpenAI APIs).
  • Chat with the ChatGPT AI (via OpenAI APIs) to ask for information regarding your database or to talk about whatever you want.
  • Write notes on words and numerical values by opening the default word application directly from the program.
  • Print tables in PDF, CSV, or TSV format.
  • Share your table in CSV or PDF format with the program's author.
  • Customize the appearance (themes and fonts) and settings of the program according to your preferences.
  • Update the program to the latest available version.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE:
Extract the files contained in the .zip file into a directory of your choice and start the program. To ensure the proper functioning of the program, it is important not to move or rename the files within the installation directory.

NOTES:
To ensure maximum simplicity, portability, and direct control over data, my programs use TSV/CSV files for storing information. This choice provides an intuitive user experience and allows for easy data management using common tools like spreadsheets or text editors.
However, it's important to note that using TSV/CSV files may result in slower program performance when dealing with large amounts of data (approximately over 10000/20000 rows, depending on the hardware used).
To overcome this limitation, I plan to create a shared MySQL database, accessible directly from the website. This database will allow for efficient management of large amounts of data and will offer users the opportunity to contribute to the creation of a comprehensive and shared gematria archive.
